Hy-Vee KidsFit wants YOU to find your smile! Health and wellness is about so much more than just moving your body and eating right, so we’ve created 8 Dimensions of Wellness Challenges so you can shine in all areas of health and wellness!
1st Place- $500 of One Step product + 500 trees for your community
2nd Place- $250 of One Step product + 250 trees for your community
3rd Place- $150 of One Step product + 150 trees for your community
Here's How You Do It:
1. Complete one of the 8 Dimensions of Wellness Challenges and snap a picture to show completion
- Physical Wellness- DIY Obstacle Course
- Social Wellness- At Home Restaurant
- Spiritual Wellness- Nature Walk
- Environmental Wellness- Plant A Vegetable
- Intellectual Wellness- Build Your Own Tower
- Emotional Wellness- 7 Days of Gratitude
- Financial Wellness- Save, Spend & Donate
- Career Wellness- When I Grow Up...
2. Have a parent or guardian submit the picture via
