Day to day, week to week, month to month things change. Maybe your mom had a new baby or you recently transitioned to homeschool. We are constantly starting new habits, dropping old ones, making new friends and trying new things.
Change can be scary at times but it’s normal. In fact, it’s important that we change as we learn new things. No matter what change may look like to you one thing is for sure; the world around us is always adapting and so are we! Being able to accept change is called adapting.
