Staying Hydrated
It’s important to drink lots of water. Water helps your body. Sometimes if you’re tired it can be because you haven’t drunk enough water!
- Drink lots of water all day long.
- Drink a glass of water 10 to 20 minutes before you work out.
- Drink at least a glass of water after you work out.
