Spooky Circuit

This “spooky” circuit challenge is a fun way to get in the Halloween spirit!  Try to get through as many rounds of these 3 movements as you can in 5 minutes.Spooky Circuit

All You Need:

  • Yourself
  • Space to crawl on the floor or ground

Here’s How You Do It!

  1. Review the 3 movements below.
    • Mummy Jumps
      • Rookie = 5 reps
      • Pro = 10 reps
      • All Star = 15 reps
    • Pirate Hops (each leg)
      • Rookie = 10 reps
      • Pro = 15 reps
      • All Star = 20 reps
    • Zombie Crawl
      • Rookie = 10 steps
      • Pro = 15 steps
      • All Star = 20 steps
  1. Choose the level you want to try (Rookie, Pro, or All Star).
  2. Set a timer for 5 minutes.
  3. Hit start and complete as many rounds of the 3 movements as you can.
  4. Keep track of the number of rounds you complete. 
  5. Rest and repeat if you want to try to improve your score!
