At each stop you’ll have an activity challenge to complete before traveling on to the next planet in your journey. Hop in your spaceship and let’s go!

- Neptune: 6 Burpees
- Uranus: 8 High Knees
- Saturn: 10 Squats
- Jupiter: 12 Jumping Jacks
- Mars: 14 Marches
- Earth: 16 Plank Shoulder Taps
- Venus: 18 V-Sits Twists
- Mercury: 20 Mountain Climbers
- The Sun: 25 Fast Feet (Sprint in place)
