This circuit will be sure to get your heart rate up! Go as slow as you need to complete the repetitions correctly. Challenge your mom, dad, aunt, uncle, brothers, sisters, etc.

ROOKIE
- Decrease repetitions or rounds.
- Scale back the exercises as needed.
- For Example:
- Swap Jump Squats for Squats or Chair Squats
- Jumping Jacks- Keep one side of your body stationary, step out to the side. Alternate sides to increase coordination
- Swap Super Burpee for Burpees or Modified Burpee
- For Example:
ALL-STAR
- Increase repetitions
- Do additional Rounds
