How To Do Warrior 1 Pose
Let’s get courageous while strengthening the whole body and opening our hearts to being our best with the Warrior 1 pose. Here’s how you do it!
Here's How You Do It!
- Start in a standing position.
- Take a big step forward with one foot while the other stays in place
- Keep your front foot pointed forward with your back foot to the side.
- Bend your front knee into a lunge and keep your back leg straight.
- Raise your arms above your head.
- Lift your chin so that you are looking up at your hands.
- Hold the position for three breaths
- Complete the same movement on the other side!
