How To Do Warrior 1 Pose

Let’s get courageous while strengthening the whole body and opening our hearts to being our best with the Warrior 1 pose. Here’s how you do it!

Here's How You Do It!

  1. Start in a standing position.
  2. Take a big step forward with one foot while the other stays in place
  3. Keep your front foot pointed forward with your back foot to the side.
  4. Bend your front knee into a lunge and keep your back leg straight. 
  5. Raise your arms above your head. 
  6. Lift your chin so that you are looking up at your hands. 
  7. Hold the position for three breaths
  8. Complete the same movement on the other side!
