How To Do Tree Pose
Improve balance and stability and strengthen your supporting leg with tree pose.
Here’s How You Do It!
- Start standing with good posture.
- Focus your eyes on something in the room in front of you to gain your balance.
- Shift your weight to one leg and raise your opposite foot off the floor.
- Rest the sole of your raised foot on the inside of your thigh.
- Take a deep breath and press your arms straight up towards the ceiling with your palms pressed together.
- Make sure you keep your good posture.
