How To Do Downward Dog

Downward Dog is a great yoga pose because it strengthens your upper body and improves your posture. Here’s how you do it! 

Here's How You Do It! 

  1. Start on all fours.
  2.  Place your hands and feet shoulder width apart. 
  3.  Take a deep inhale and tuck your toes under.
  4.  Press your hands to the mat while your knees leave the ground. 
  5.  Straighten your legs as much as possible to make a V-shape with your body.
