How To Do Cobra Pose

 

Open your heart and lungs while strengthening your spine with Cobra pose. Every morning when you get out of bed try this pose to wake up your body!

Here’s How You Do It!

 

  1. Start by laying down on your stomach.
  2. Place your palms flat on the ground underneath your shoulders.
  3. Inhale to push your chest off the ground.
  4. Keep your elbows close into your side
  5. Pretend you have a tennis ball tucked under your chin to keep a neutral neck position.
