How To Do Child's Pose

Want a stretch that gently stretches your hips and helps reduce stress and anxiety? Try child’s pose!

Here’s How You Do It!

  1. Kneel on the floor with your toes together and your knees hip width apart. 
  2. Take a deep exhale and lower your stomach between your legs.
  3. Reach your arms out far in front of you with your palms on the floor. 
  4. Stay in this pose and feel your body relax with each breath.
