Chobani Protein Smoothie

After exercising, it’s important to give your muscles protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals so they can grow stronger. Try our new protein-packed smoothie recipe with Chobani Greek Yogurt for the right combination of everything your body needs to recover.

Fun Fact: One 5.3-ounce serving of Chobani Coconut Greek Yogurt contains 12 grams of muscle-building protein. That’s almost one-third of what most kids need in a day!

Chobani is a good go-to since it uses only natural ingredients and doesn’t contain artificial flavors or sweeteners.

All you need:

  • 2 5.3-oz. containers of Chobani Coconut Blended Greek Yogurt
  • 1 banana                                                                                          
  • 1 cup spinach                                                                        
  • ½ cup coconut water                                                            
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice                                                         
  • ½ cup crushed ice                                                                            
  • 1 tbsp honey  

All you do:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
  2. Blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes and serve immediately

Serves: 2
