Camaraderie

The definition of camaraderie is mutual trust and friendship among a group of people who spend a lot of time together. Most of us belong to at least one group where we feel a sense of camaraderie, this may be at home with your family, at a sleepover with your friends, or at school with your classroom!

This feeling does not come naturally to all groups and may have to be worked! One way to build camaraderie is to participate in encouraging activities together. Are you ready to build camaraderie with a group of people you’re close to? Give our team chants a try!

Here’s How You Do It!

  1. Pick a chant from the list below.
  2. Introduce the activity to the group and instruct them to repeat after you.
  3. Read the chant!
  4. Repeat as much as you would like!

PRO TIP: Choose a different leader each time you repeat a chant to keep the team spirit flowing!

I BELIEVE THAT WE WILL WIN

TEACHER: I

STUDENTS: I

TEACHER: I believe

STUDENTS: I believe

TEACHER: I believe that

STUDENTS: I believe that

TEACHER: I believe that we will win!

STUDENTS: I believe that we will win!

ALL: I believe that we will win! *REPEAT until chant tapers off*

GO, FIGHT, WIN!

TEACHER: Who's gonna go, gonna go, gonna go?

STUDENTS: We're gonna go, gonna go, gonna go!

TEACHER: Who's gonna win, gonna win, gonna win?

STUDENTS: We're gonna win, gonna win, gonna win!

TEACHER: Who's gonna fight, gonna fight, gonna fight?

STUDENTS: We're gonna fight, gonna fight, gonna fight!

ALL: GO, FIGHT, WIN!
