12 Days of Holiday Fun

Leading up to the holidays can be stressful. Do you know adding in more movement into your days can be a huge stress-relief?

Try these daily movement challenges leading up to your holiday celebration. Add additional movements as the anticipation of your holiday is approaching.

Here's How You Do It:

  1. Print the Challenge worksheet.
  2. Review the movements and modifications:
    1. Jingle Jacks
    2. Squats
    3. Plank Twists
    4. Snow Tube Touch
    5. Mountain Climbers
    6. Pikes
    7. Ski Jumps
    8. Sit Ups
    9. Snow Surfers
    10. Bun Kickers
    11. Lunges
    12. Shoulder Taps
  3. Complete 25 repetitions of each movement daily, building on as you go.
    • For Example:
      • Day 1 - 25 Jingle Jacks
      • Day 2 - 25 Jingle Jacks + 25 Squats
      • Day 3 - 25 Jingle Jacks + 25 Squats + 25 Plank Twist
      • Continue to add onto each day!
